The auction of 3.5 GHz spectrum arranged by the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (FICORA) was concluded on 1 October 2018. The band 3410 – 3800 MHz was auctioned in 3 blocks (130 MHz each) with a spectrum cap of 130 MHz. The auction format was a Simultaneous Multiple Round Auction with Switching (SMRA+S). The winning operators are Telia Finland Oyj, Elisa Oyj and DNA Oyj. The auction generated €77,605,000 in revenue to the state.
